Request for RMA

Please read the following and fill out the form below.  After you have filled out all of the required fields, an e-mail will be sent out to the RMA department for authorization.
You will then receive an e-mail containing an RMA number and shipping instructions.

All of our items include a 30 day warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item from us or if the product fails within 30 days, we will fix or replace the product at no charge. The customer will pay the shipping cost to us and we will pay the shipping cost back to you. We also offer a 7 day refund policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us for an RMA number. Once the product is returned, we will issue you a refund check. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 30 days. Also note that shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are non refundable. Please include your original shipping label with your return. If an item is returned as defective but is tested and found to be fully functional, you will be charged a $10 bench test fee.
