happens after I have paid for my item?"
Orders
are processed each day Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If your
payment is received after 4:30 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on
the next business day. Most items ship 3-5 day ground within 24-48 hours after
order processing.
"When
can I expect my order to arrive?"
After
your order has been processed and shipped, FedEx Ground or
USPS, usually takes 3-5 days
domestically and 7 days or more for international shipping to arrive. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping
is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to call or email us for
express shipping quotes.
The
laptops that these parts intended use were made for are listed within the item
description. We provide no
different information as to there compatibly than what is listed within our item
description. We simply can not
warrant or guarantee these items operational condition in any other laptop than
what our vendor suggest its designed for and we list within our description.

is a perfectly working pu
A
perfectly working pull is a part that was pulled from a working system, often
not used, that we cannot sell as new. Unless
mentioned otherwise, these parts are covered by a 30 day warranty and guaranteed
to arrive in working condition.
“How
do I back out of my winning bid?”
If you
would like to back out of your winning bid please send us $5.00 to cover our
expenses.
“My
purchase does not work, how do I return / exchange it?”
We will be happy to replace this product with another good working/ correct unit. To obtain an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number from us please respond with your full name, address, phone number, description of problem, item number and date of purchase. Please note that we verify the serial numbers match on all products. All of our items being sold include a 30 day warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item from us or if the product fails within our warranty period, we will fix or replace the product at no charge. The customer will pay the shipping cost to us and we will pay the shipping cost back to you. We also offer a 30 day refund policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us for an RMA number. Once product is returned, we will issue you a refund check. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 30 days. Please note that shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are non refundable.

long will the battery last?”
We guarantee at least 1 hour use out of
our batteries. If the battery doesn't last one hour, please contact
us for a RMA.
“What
is the usage and history of a pulled battery?”
The
battery is an ORIGINAL battery. It
is a BARELY USED, PERFECTLY WORKING pull from a floor model camera or computer.
It is GUARANTEED for 30 days. You
may purchase up to a ONE YEAR WARRANTY through Ebay.
